What is BOS?
BOS, or Blue Ocean Society, is an exclusive private Society that provides its members with access to private, highly exclusive investment opportunities that are generally out of reach for individual investors. BOS uses the power of collective investing to unlock greater potential. The Society not only focuses on investments but also emphasizes educating its members about offshore asset management and the ever-changing global landscape. BOS is built on personal connections, trust, and privacy.
Why is BOS offshore?
BOS strategically chose Nevis as its birthplace, tapping into the multitude of benefits that this Caribbean gem offers. Nevis is renowned for its appealing tax environment, robust asset protection laws, political and economic stability, and a strong emphasis on privacy and confidentiality.
The island offers investors tax exemptions on capital gains, income, and inheritance, thus optimizing their financial strategies. Additionally, the robust legal framework ensures asset safety from potential legal risks, making Nevis a secure environment for financial growth.
Nevis also provides opportunities for offshore diversification, enabling investors to distribute their investments across various jurisdictions and asset classes. This helps mitigate risks tied to a single country or region and bolsters portfolio resilience. The island presents a spectrum of business and investment opportunities in sectors such as tourism, real estate, financial services, and renewable energy. BOS recognizes the immense value of Nevis-based Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in asset management and protection, and encourages members to establish their own Nevis LLCs.
Alongside financial advantages, Nevis offers a tranquil lifestyle with pristine beaches, lush landscapes, and a warm tropical climate, making it a perfect blend of work and leisure for those who want to visit.
By choosing Nevis, BOS has positioned itself at the forefront of offshore investing, leveraging the island's unique benefits to provide its members with unrivaled opportunities for financial growth and protection.
What is the Financial Management Dashboard?
The Financial Management Dashboard is a platform that allows BOS members to manage their loans, access exclusive opportunities (called Islands), track transactions, and initiate withdrawals. It features a BOS Main Balance ( aside from the opportunity balances ) that accrues daily interest at a default *4% monthly rate, and provides various tools and features to guide members towards financial prosperity. The BOS Main Balance can be used as a savings account of sorts, that can be used to park funds that are not being used inside a particular Island (opportunity).
Can I share BOS information on social media, emails, or private chat groups?
No, BOS implements a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to sharing any information about the Society on social media, emails, or private chat groups. The only exceptions to this rule apply to private chats among trusted BOS members. In other words, they are considered “BOS Connects”. Written consent from BOS Management is necessary before sharing or creating any videos related to BOS.
What kind of investment opportunities does BOS offer?
BOS will be offering a diverse range of investment opportunities from trading, oil & gas, real estate, stocks & shares, investments in start-ups, equity deals, and humanitarian projects. These opportunities are selected to contribute to our vision of building generational wealth while making a positive impact on the world.
What changes are being made to the BOS membership model?
With the introduction of the new Dashboard, BOS members will also be onboarded as non-voting shareholders of an offshore entity called Ocean Tribe LLC, which provides access to BOS. This new membership structure comes with a nominal annual fee of US$200 and offers a range of benefits including asset protection and privacy.
